Returns are accepted anytime for a refund or exchange as long as the product is unused and unwashed.  Please email us at somnewyork2016@gmail.com if you would like to return your item. We will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days after we receive your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fee (if applied) is not refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders (placed before 12PM EST on Monday-Friday) will be shipped within 1-2 business days pending payment. All orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

 

SHIPPING COSTS  

US Shipping : Shipping fee is $6 for orders under $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We ship USPS Priority or First Class mail from New York. East coast shipping usually arrives in 1 day. Mid West and West Coast shipping usually arrives within 2-3 days. Overnight delivery option is also availlable at checkout at an additional charge.
